Configuration management
Each configuration defines the expected layout an inspection is judged against. Editing a configuration bumps its version, which is recorded on every future inspection.
2 active configurations have no reference image (20S4P, 24S3P). Inspections still run, but accuracy is reduced and the model is told to lower its confidence. Upload a photograph of a known-good pack for each.
Configurations
| Configuration | Series | Parallel | Expected cells | Reference | Version | Status | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20S3P Physical layout: 10 rows x 6 columns, 60 cells total. Each row holds TWO parallel groups of 3 cells - columns 1-3 are one group, columns 4-6 are another - giving 20 series groups of 3 parallel cells. Adjacent groups are inserted facing opposite ways so they can be joined in series, so the correct pack shows a checkerboard: in any row the left group and the right group show opposite terminal faces, and the pattern also flips from one row to the next. Flat plain silver disc = negative terminal. Small raised button inside the coloured ring = positive terminal. Both faces appearing across the pack is CORRECT and is not a defect. A defect is one cell facing the opposite way to the other two cells in its own group of 3. | 20 | 3 | 60 | ✓ View | v3 | Active | |
