Inspection policy
The threshold cannot create a PASS on its own. A cell-count mismatch or a high-severity issue is always recorded as FAIL, however confident the model is.

These values come from server environment variables and are changed by editing .env and restarting the service. The API key is never sent to the browser.

Disabling a user removes them from the operator list. Inspections they already performed keep their name permanently, because the audit trail must not change.
